Nutrition coaching
1:1 nutrition coachingI take a whole-body approach to healing by understanding how people are actually feeding themselves. Most people aren’t eating too much; they’re eating completely out of alignment with what their body actually needs.
The real problem is under-eating protein, under-fueling their metabolism, and running on stress, caffeine, and convenience. Over time, this can show up as low energy, stubborn weight gain, digestive issues, hormone imbalances and burnout. I work with you to create a realistic, sustainable program.
We crunch the numbers to get clear on exactly what your body needs to function optimally.

“Mel is seriously amazing at what she does and I can’t recommend her enough, the time and care she takes to understand your situation by asking specific questions and tailoring recommendations and approaches to your needs step by step, not just prescribing a quick fix for the surface concern made this experience really special for me. I’ve known that issues with my own sleep has been a big theme in my life and in the efforts of getting to the bottom of what is causing it, I wanted to take a holistic approach and look at all the factors in my life that might be impacting this.
Nutrition and diet seemed like a good place to start with this journey and with Mel’s help not only did I come to understand the gaps in my diet and ways that I could be more creative getting protein and veggies in everyday, she kept me accountable in the first weeks which helped me maintain good and healthy habits, but I also came to awareness of so much more.
Mel helped me look at my day to day, not just related to sleep specifically or to food but all other parts of my life and helped me pin point what other parts of my body might be requesting attention.
I thought I would just be getting thoughtful help on diet and food but what I ended up with was so much more. She helped me create specific goals related to my day to day that would help address my main concern, sleep, not just food and nutrition.
Mel is seriously amazing at what she does and I can recommend her enough, the time and care she takes to understand your situation by asking specific questions and tailoring recommendations and approaches to your needs. The way she holds space with her insights and promotes thoughtful discussion around how I’m feeling and what I’m experiencing in my body made this experience really special for me.
In a time where I was feeling in very much of a single track mind, Mel was able to give me the support and space to learn and grow in my own life and I am forever grateful for her expertise!”
